Wooly Wonders yarn and fiber arts supply store in Las Vegas is holding a Winter Fiber Challenge Fiber Project with prizes !

This fiber challenge is being issued to all customers, visitors and staff of Wooly Wonders who spin, knit, weave, or crochet. This will be a juried event with prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in each category. Click here for rules to this challenge.

  Below are some photos of the Dye in the Yard yearly event which
which was held the second Sat in May 2011.
Many different types of plants and bark were used to
provide the dye colors.

This year, for the first time an Indigo vat was tried with great results!
